Day 1-8/27/17
Today's Bible verse is taken from the book of Hebrews.
Hebrews 4:16 - Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Encouragement: God's grace is always a help in every situation. He shows us mercy and grace when we fall short, but he always shows us mercy and grace in time of need. Always remember God's grace is sufficient.
Day 2-8/28/17
Today's Bible verse can be found in the book of Isaiah.
Isaiah 26:4 - Trust ye in the Lord for ever: for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength:
Encouragement: We need to trust in the Lord always and He will give us what we need. Also, we can always find our strength in the Lord!
Day 2-8/29/17
Today's Bible verse is Psalm 100:1 - Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.
Encouragement: We should praise God by making a joyful noise unto Him. He is worthy of our Praise. Praise the Lord through every situation.
Day 3-9/29/17
Todays Bible verse is Verse of the day: Romans 1:16 ~ "For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ; for it is the power of righteousness unto salvation unto all those who believe."
Encouragement: We should not be ashamed to share the Gospel, no matter what. Those around us will respect us more for standing up for our beliefs and most importantly, Christ will acknowledge us before the Father in heaven as He said He would if we acknowledge Christ before men. However, we should not do it just to be seen of men because Jesus said that if we do it that way we're no better than the Pharisees who do their rituals JUST to be seen of the people around them. Everything we do should be to the glory of God, no matter what the world thinks. God bless all!
Day 4-3/14/18
The Bible verse we are going to focus on today is Hebrews 1:9 which says ~ "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Encouragement: It is so amazing that we have a heavenly Father who will forgive us when we sin! Since we all have a human nature or flesh, we all have sin and need forgiveness. This is why Jesus died so that we could be forgiven! While He sees every single one, if we confess them to Him, He will forgive!
