As the years have gone by, many have doubted the principles on which America was founded. People have not been taught the truth. These people have not been taught that our nation was founded on Christian principles by Christians who worshipped the one true God! We see this truth in the documents, decrees, and even quotes by the men who started this country. Over the last couple of centuries, this important fact has slowly slipped farther and farther out of the minds of Americans. While some people still know this and believe it, others have twisted the truth bending it until it was no longer true. Patrick Henry once said, "It cannot be emphasized too clearly and too often that this nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religion, but on the gospel of Jesus Christ." We should stand for what we believe and show people the truth not just about this fact, but about the gospel, the Bible, and Jesus Christ!

Daily Bread
Verse of the day: Romans 1:16 ~ "For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ; for it is the power of righteousness unto salvation unto all those who believe."
We should not be ashamed to share the Gospel, no matter what. Those around us will respect us more for standing up for our beliefs and most importantly, Christ will acknowledge us before the Father in heaven as He said He would if we acknowledge Christ before men. However, we should not do it just to be seen of men because Jesus said that if we do it that way we're no better than the Pharisees who do their rituals JUST to be seen of the people around them. Everything we do should be to the glory of God, no matter what the world thinks. God bless all!
